Shipping Policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
We are please to offer complimentary standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $100+. For orders below this threshold, you will be be subject to a surcharge depending on your destination country.

All orders take approximately 2-3 working days to process before shipment. Once an order is processed, it will be shipped with the courier and can take up approximately up to 7-14 working days (depending on your destination country). Expedited shipping takes up to 3-7 working days. Shipping estimates exclude processing times.

Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with tracking details included. We will notify you promptly if there are delays or issues that arise with shipping.

Once an order ships, liability shifts to the courier so please contact them with any questions regarding delivery as we are subject to the same updates made available on the tracking package.

CUSTOM FEES
We are not responsibility for custom fees, duties and/or taxes. These are setforth by your destination country. We recommend checking with your country and the respective import fees on goods to set expectations when receiving your order. 

SHIPPING ISSUES
In some cases, your items may arrive separately so you can receive them at your earliest convenience. You will receive tracking information for each item individually.

If you did not receive your package, was stolen or the package was damaged by the courier, please file a claim with your courier and/or local authorities immediately.  Our policy is we will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us at info@siren-london.com within 24 hours of delivery. We have a 24 hour warranty policy in place and our procedure is to send a replacement if deemed defective or faulty.

We are not responsibility, refund nor reimburse issues related to: wrong or incorrect address issues at checkout, custom fees and/or duties charges, missing packages, delivered not received.
